About Alicia

Alicia Stickles is a speaker and Bible teacher whose passion is helping individuals and families experience healing through the Word of God and the love of Christ. With a heart for biblical teaching and discipleship, Alicia speaks at women's conferences, retreats, churches, and special events, encouraging others to discover the hope, freedom, and abundant life found in Jesus.

Known for her authentic storytelling and practical application of Scripture, Alicia connects God's truth to the everyday realities of life. Whether speaking about faith, marriage, parenting, identity, or navigating difficult seasons, she invites her audience to encounter God's grace in a way that is both deeply personal and biblically grounded. Her desire is that every individual would leave feeling seen, encouraged, and equipped to walk more confidently with Christ.

After earning her degree in Communications from Boston College, Alicia sensed God’s call to ministry and began serving with Campus Life, a youth outreach ministry. She joined No Heart Left Behind in 2009 and now serves as Executive Director, helping lead the ministry’s vision of healing hearts with the Word of God and the love of Christ. Alicia is also the host of Hope in the Hard of Family Life, No Heart Left Behind’s podcast, where she and ministry guests explore the joys and challenges of family life through a biblical lens, offering encouragement and hope for everyday struggles.

A proud Southern girl, Alicia loves spending time with family and friends, cheering on her three boys from the sidelines, and talking just about anything sports-related. She and her husband, Cary, are raising their sons Jack, Jacob, and Jude in Southeast Louisiana, where much of the joy, humor, and lessons from everyday life become the stories God uses in her teaching.
